A New Year Party of NY association of Niigata prefecture with Ron Carter

On 1/22, we performed for a new year party of NY association of Niigata prefecture where one of MGCNY member comes from. The party has a special guest, actually, Ron Carter , Jazz Bassist ! We performed ‘Sado Okesa’ (Okesa is a song sung by a princess who a cat is metamorphosed to ) , a local song of Niigata prefecture and ‘The way you look tonight’ , an American standard. 1/22、新潟県出身の団員のつながりから機会をいただき、新潟県人会　新年会でパフォーマンスいたしました。当日の会場にはスペシャルゲストとして、なんとジャズベーシストのRon Carter氏がご参加とのこと。曲は、新潟県にちなみ、佐渡おけさ（おけさとは猫がお姫様に化けて歌う歌）と、American Standardである、The way you look tonightをお披露目しました。いただいたアンコールには、こちらもAmerican Standardである、What a Wonderful Worldでお応えしました。暖かいご声援ありがとうございました！（Photo by Masahiro Noguchi）
